Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright to accelerate validation cycles
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria
- Conduct exploratory testing on new features and complex user workflows
- Maintain and improve test environments across multiple browsers and devices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement in quality processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in web/mobile applications
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Proficient in SQL for database testing and API testing with Postman
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
