This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with collaborative in-office collaboration at our state-of-the-art Fresno facility. You'll work directly with C-suite executives to optimize operations, identify market trends, and implement strategic data solutions that impact our 500+ enterprise clients nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify business opportunities and operational inefficiencies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Present data-driven insights to leadership through compelling visual storytelling
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms including Snowflake and Google BigQuery
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting strategic business initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Certification in Tableau or Power BI strongly preferred
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
