Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to uncover trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to optimize product performance
- Automate reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
- Present findings to leadership with compelling data visualizations and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI with portfolio examples
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills translating complex data for non-technical audiences
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence preferred
