Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated testing across web/mobile applications
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and bug reports
- Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to integrate QA into development lifecycle
- Implement performance, security, and usability testing frameworks
- Lead quality assurance initiatives for new product launches
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
- Analyze test metrics and provide actionable improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS/web applications
- Expertise in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Experience with SQL and API testing (Postman, RestAssured)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Certified Tester (ISTQB) or equivalent preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating past QA initiatives and impact
