Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans across web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and TestRail systems
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve critical bugs and optimize workflows
- Design regression test suites for product releases and updates
- Perform exploratory testing and usability assessments
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality improvement reports
- Maintain test environments and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional QA/testing experience
- Proficiency in Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with API testing (Postman/SoapUI)
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
