Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with detailed reproducibility steps
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement quality gates and release criteria
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Lead QA initiatives for new feature releases and product enhancements
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement of QA processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA/testing experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr)
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
