Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans across web/mobile applications using manual and automated frameworks
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with clear severity prioritization
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria
- Implement performance/load testing using Selenium and JMeter tools
- Conduct regression testing on CI/CD pipelines to maintain release quality
- Mentor junior QA staff and improve testing methodologies
- Validate compliance with ISO 27001 security standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Expertise in bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA qualification
- Experience testing financial applications or fintech products
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
