Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and industry-leading frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document defects with precision
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing workflows
- Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and improve product resilience
- Maintain and optimize test environments across diverse platforms
- Mentor junior QA staff and champion quality assurance best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience with SaaS or enterprise applications
- Expertise in automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Postman)
- Proficiency in defect tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience testing mobile applications and responsive web designs
- Certifications (ISTQB, CSTE) preferred
