Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test cases using Selenium/Cypress and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test strategies and quality gates
- Document defects in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity analysis
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate stakeholder feedback
- Mentor junior QA engineers and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (5+ years experience without degree)
- Expertise in manual testing methodologies and automation frameworks
- Proficiency with SQL, REST APIs, and cross-browser testing tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience testing enterprise SaaS applications or fintech products
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred
