Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for web/mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA with clear severity levels
- Automate regression tests using Selenium/Cypress and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform smoke, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Analyze test results and provide actionable quality metrics
- Maintain and improve QA documentation and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools (JIRA, TestRail)
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and agile/scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with SQL for database testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
