In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring our data infrastructure is robust, our reporting is accurate, and our strategies are data-driven.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Python, or R to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Statistical Modeling: Develop and apply statistical models to forecast trends and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and recommend process enhancements to increase productivity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and ensure data governance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (advanced querying), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred).
- Tool Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
