Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and defect management tools
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test strategies
- Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and usability evaluations
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvements
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using Selenium and Cypress
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and QA process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium)
- Strong knowledge of bug tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla) and test management tools
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certification in ISTQB or similar QA certification a plus
