What You'll Do:
As part of our Quality Assurance team, you will ensure our software meets the highest standards of usability and stability.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Perform regression testing on new features and patches to prevent disruption to existing functionality.
- Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure the platform scales efficiently under high traffic.
- Mentor junior QA members and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, and testing frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and querying.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
