Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Collaborate with development teams using Agile methodologies to ensure rapid defect resolution
- Create detailed test documentation and defect reports using JIRA and Confluence
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights for product improvement
- Maintain test environments and ensure continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software testing with 3+ years in automation
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java for test scripting
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB or equivalent QA methodology preferred
- Proven ability to lead QA projects and mentor junior testers
