Responsibilities
- Design and execute automated testing frameworks using Selenium/Cypress for enterprise applications
- Lead end-to-end testing cycles for complex web/mobile platforms across multiple browsers
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitHub Actions for continuous testing
- Collaborate with product teams to define quality metrics and KPIs
- Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct code reviews for automation scripts
- Develop performance testing strategies using JMeter/K6
- Drive quality initiatives through Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python for test automation frameworks
- Strong experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman/SoapUI
- Proven track record implementing testing in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and Appium
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven quality approach
