Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead API testing with Postman and REST-assured for microservices architecture
- Execute comprehensive regression testing across web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test cases and quality metrics
- Document bugs in JIRA with detailed reproduction steps and severity analysis
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing integration
- Mentor junior QA engineers on best practices and emerging tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with proven track record
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) testing environments
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Strong SQL skills for database testing and validation
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
