The Role
As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you will own the user journey for our flagship products, ensuring they are not only beautiful but also intuitive and effective.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and engaging designs.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership teams effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UX/UI projects from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
