Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for complex web/mobile applications
- Develop/maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Implement CI/CD pipeline integration with Jenkins/GitLab
- Lead defect tracking and resolution using JIRA and Confluence
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define test strategies
- Conduct performance and security testing with LoadRunner and Burp Suite
- Mentor QA team members on best practices
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5+ years in QA automation with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python for test automation frameworks
- Strong experience with cloud-based testing platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Certified ScrumMaster or similar Agile certification
- Proficiency in API testing with Postman/RestAssured
- Experience with SQL database validation
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating test automation projects
