Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and TestComplete
- Execute comprehensive test cycles across web, mobile, and API platforms
- Lead defect management processes using JIRA and Rally ALM
- Collaborate with DevOps to integrate CI/CD pipelines with QA workflows
- Mentor junior testers on best practices and emerging testing methodologies
- Document test plans, cases, and execution results in Confluence
- Analyze test metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA automation with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Java/Python and JavaScript frameworks
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) testing environments
