Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompt templates to optimize the performance of LLMs and generative AI models.
- Analyze AI outputs to identify biases, errors, or hallucinations and implement corrective strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt engineering workflows into larger AI systems.
- Conduct A/B testing on different prompt variations to measure and improve model accuracy and user engagement.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Copywriting, or a related field with a strong focus on AI or LLMs.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering principles, including chain-of-thought reasoning and few-shot learning.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript, with experience using APIs like OpenAI's API.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and model outputs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with content management systems or version control (Git) is a plus.
