As a key member of our AI Experience team, you'll craft conversational flows that bridge human intent and machine understanding. You'll collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver solutions that push the boundaries of natural language interaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Develop, test, and iterate on conversational AI frameworks for enterprise clients
- Analyze AI response patterns to identify optimization opportunities
- Create documentation and training materials for AI interaction best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI outputs with business objectives
- Monitor industry trends and emerging AI capabilities to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or similar LLM optimization techniques
- Strong portfolio demonstrating AI interaction design projects
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks
- Exceptional written communication and analytical reasoning
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
