Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries for enterprise AI applications
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior and outputs
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt efficacy and user satisfaction
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering principles and techniques
- Lead research on emerging AI capabilities and integration opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and frameworks
- Strong background in Python and scripting for AI workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical prompts
- Experience with prompt optimization and evaluation metrics
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio showcasing prompt engineering projects and results
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (MS preferred)
