You will collaborate with world-class data scientists to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and ensure our AI solutions are not only powerful but also safe and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompt engineering strategies for state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and Llama.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and analysis to optimize prompt performance, ensuring high accuracy and reduced hallucination rates.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to define user requirements and translate them into effective AI instruction sets.
- Develop and maintain a library of best-practice prompts and templates for various internal and external applications.
- Monitor AI outputs for safety, bias, and compliance, implementing guardrails to prevent harmful generation.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and rapidly iterate on models based on the latest technological advancements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, Machine Learning, or a similar technical field, with a specific focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering principles, fine-tuning techniques, and model architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex AI outputs and interpret model behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy) is highly desirable.
