Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN networks including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and implement proactive solutions
- Document network topology and create/update technical documentation
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on security protocols
- Provide Tier-3 support during network outages
- Manage VPN and remote access systems for hybrid workforce
Qualifications
- 3+ years of network administration experience
- Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN implementation
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
