Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printer setups and network connectivity.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of operating systems and applications.
- Manage and track IT service tickets using our internal helpdesk software.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and perform hardware upgrades.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to troubleshoot complex network problems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Reliable internet connection for remote support tasks (if applicable).
