Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Create complex, multi-turn prompts that maximize the performance and accuracy of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Evaluation & Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to evaluate prompt effectiveness and iterate on results continuously.
- Model Fine-Tuning: Partner with data scientists to curate training data and refine model behavior based on prompt feedback.
- Documentation: Build and maintain a comprehensive library of prompt templates, best practices, and usage guidelines.
- Creative Problem Solving: Troubleshoot edge cases in AI output and devise creative solutions to enhance user experience.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve in AI research, contributing insights on emerging tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or technical writing with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) and how context windows influence output.
- Linguistic Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, nuance, and stylistic control.
