What You'll Do
Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between human intent and machine execution.
Responsibilities
- Prompt Architecture: Design and implement sophisticated prompt engineering strategies to maximize the accuracy, creativity, and safety of AI-generated outputs.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and iterate on prompts for various LLMs to solve complex business problems and enhance user experience.
- Evaluation & Testing: Establish rigorous testing frameworks and KPIs to measure the performance of AI models and refine our deployment protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our applications.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of prompt libraries, best practices, and evaluation methodologies to ensure knowledge retention.
- Audit & Safety: Monitor outputs for bias, toxicity, and hallucinations, implementing guardrails to ensure ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in AI, NLP, or a related technical role with a focus on Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, familiarity with AI libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain), and experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking skills with a passion for troubleshooting and optimizing complex systems.
- Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with the rapidly evolving landscape of AI research and tools.
