- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and tools in the rapidly evolving landscape
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt architectures for enterprise AI applications
- Develop prompt libraries and reusable frameworks for multiple use cases
- Quantify prompt performance using metrics like coherence, accuracy, and safety
- Partner with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Present prompt strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Lead innovation workshops on AI interaction design
- Maintain ethical AI standards in prompt development
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prompt engineering or AI interaction design experience
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) and prompt optimization techniques
- Strong Python programming skills with libraries like LangChain or Hugging Face
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt solutions
- Experience with prompt security and adversarial testing
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
