Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine advanced prompts for enterprise-level language models
- Collaborate with AI researchers to model-specific optimization strategies
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for complex business applications
- Conduct A/B testing to measure prompt effectiveness and iterate improvements
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt design principles and ethical AI usage
- Integrate prompt engineering solutions into existing AI workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Expertise in GPT, Llama, or similar transformer-based models
- Strong Python programming skills with AI/ML frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt engineering projects
- Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with MLOps tools and version control systems
- Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
