As a Prompt Engineer, you will not just write text; you will architect the dialogue that drives our AI agents.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama 2) to maximize output quality and accuracy.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive Prompt Engineering Library to ensure consistency across projects.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of AI outputs to ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Data Scientists and Product Managers to translate business requirements into effective AI interactions.
- Analyze user feedback and model performance data to iteratively improve system responses and reduce hallucinations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in copywriting, technical writing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating AI interaction design.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and machine learning workflows.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about how to guide AI behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
