Role Overview:
As a Senior Prompt Engineer, you will bridge the gap between human intent and machine understanding. You will design, test, and optimize prompts to maximize the performance of our AI agents and language models.
Responsibilities
- Design & Optimize: Create sophisticated prompt templates and chains to guide LLMs in complex reasoning and creative tasks.
- Model Evaluation: Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure the accuracy, safety, and relevance of AI outputs.
- Iterative Improvement: Analyze model failures and iteratively refine prompts to achieve higher success rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Data Scientists and Product Managers to integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications.
- Documentation: Maintain a central repository of prompt libraries, best practices, and usage guidelines for the engineering team.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI techniques and integrating them into our workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Prompt Engineering, or Machine Learning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or similar LLM platforms.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, tokenization, and model fine-tuning techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to debug and troubleshoot AI behavior.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
