Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompts for large language models to achieve optimal response quality and accuracy
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and e-commerce sectors
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompt architecture
- Create comprehensive documentation and best practices guides for prompt engineering methodologies
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to measure prompt performance across diverse use cases
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization techniques and ethical AI deployment
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and contribute to open-source prompt engineering communities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or related AI development roles
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications with measurable impact
- Expertise in Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API
