Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompt engineering frameworks for enterprise-scale LLMs
- Develop proprietary prompt libraries and fine-tuning methodologies
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt strategies with model architecture
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt efficacy and iterate based on performance metrics
- Create documentation and training materials for cross-functional teams
- Lead prompt security initiatives to mitigate hallucination and bias risks
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prompt engineering or NLP experience with production models
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and prompt orchestration tools
- Deep understanding of LLM architecture (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt optimization projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization expertise
- Master's degree in CS, AI, or equivalent practical experience
