Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for production AI systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate business requirements into prompt engineering solutions
- Develop proprietary prompt libraries and best practices for enterprise-scale deployments
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variants across multiple LLMs
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles and ethical AI deployment
- Document prompt engineering methodologies and contribute to technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/NLP roles with 2+ years dedicated prompt engineering experience
- Proven track record deploying production-grade LLM solutions (GPT-4, Claude, Llama)
- Expertise in iterative prompt optimization techniques and evaluation frameworks
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience working in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field
