Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects accurately using JIRA or similar tracking tools.
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing to ensure product stability across all browsers.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Automate regression test suites using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to the development team to drive quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance testing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database verification and data integrity checks.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach.
