Responsibilities
- Develop and refine advanced prompts for large language models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Design prompt frameworks for enterprise AI applications across healthcare, finance, and logistics
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering workflows
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into production systems
- Train cross-functional teams on prompt optimization techniques

Qualifications
- 3+ years in prompt engineering or NLP-focused AI roles
- Expertise with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, or equivalent)

- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
