Responsibilities

- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure prompt performance and accuracy metrics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors through iterative prompt engineering
- Create documentation and best practices for enterprise prompt deployment
- Lead workshops to train stakeholders on effective prompt interaction techniques
- Research emerging NLP advancements to maintain competitive technical advantage
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP role with production LLM deployment
- Proficiency in Python with experience in Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Portfolio demonstrating complex prompt optimization projects
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks for AI system evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
