Responsibilities

- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behaviors through strategic prompt engineering techniques
- Document prompt libraries and create reusable frameworks for cross-departmental AI applications
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and integrate cutting-edge prompt engineering methodologies
- Train stakeholders on prompt best practices and develop governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or OpenAI API
