As a key member of our AI Research team, you'll architect advanced prompt engineering solutions for enterprise clients across healthcare, finance, and logistics sectors. Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary systems
- Develop reusable prompt libraries and documentation frameworks for cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to maximize model output quality and reliability
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through iterative prompt refinement
- Create comprehensive prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for enterprise clients
- Present technical solutions to C-suite stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Maintain version control systems for prompt assets and model interaction protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on prompt engineering experience with production LLMs
- Expertise in Python, JSON, and API integration for prompt development
- Proven track record of optimizing complex prompts for accuracy, bias reduction, and efficiency
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Certification in Google Cloud AI, AWS ML, or equivalent preferred
- Experience with prompt debugging tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, or Weights & Biases
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects with measurable outcomes
