- Create documentation and best practices for prompt engineering across departments
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into customer-facing platforms
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering principles and ethical AI deployment

Qualifications
- 5+ years in AI/ML or software development with 2+ years specializing in prompt engineering
- Proven track record of deploying production-level LLM solutions
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, and open-source model fine-tuning
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Hugging Face and LangChain
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Certification in Google Cloud AI/ML or equivalent preferred
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) for prompt lifecycle management
