Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate advanced prompt architectures for LLM-based applications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries with version-controlled documentation
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through prompt engineering
- Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for cross-functional teams
- Automate prompt evaluation workflows using Python and CI/CD pipelines
- Present prompt optimization insights to stakeholders through data-driven reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused development
- Proven expertise with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Proficiency in Python with experience in prompt optimization libraries
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical prompt strategies
- Experience with MLOps tools (LangChain, Hugging Face, Weights & Biases)
- Portfolio showcasing prompt engineering projects with measurable outcomes
