Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Analyze user behavior metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Mentor junior designers and champion design thinking methodologies
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with digital product portfolios
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
