Responsibilities

- Create documentation frameworks for prompt engineering best practices and version control protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into customer-facing AI products
- Develop evaluation metrics to quantify prompt effectiveness and model response quality
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt engineering methodologies and ethical AI deployment
- Research emerging NLP techniques and contribute to open-source prompt engineering libraries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with prompt engineering for production AI systems
- Expertise in at least two major LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Strong Python programming skills with libraries like LangChain, Haystack, or LlamaIndex
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for complex reasoning tasks
