Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting needs.
- Visualize data trends using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to create executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify process improvements and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
