Responsibilities
- Optimize Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and refine complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to maximize accuracy, coherence, and safety.
- Model Evaluation: Establish rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate model performance against specific business KPIs and user expectations.
- Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our product ecosystem.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation on prompt strategies, model behaviors, and edge-case handling for the engineering team.
- Iterative Improvement: Continuously monitor AI outputs and implement feedback loops to improve system reliability over time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, or technical writing, with a specific focus on LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face is a strong plus.
- Creativity: Exceptional command of language, grammar, and nuance; ability to think creatively to solve complex logic problems.
