Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models to achieve specific business outcomes
- Conduct systematic prompt engineering experiments and document findings in our research framework
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate prompt solutions into production AI systems
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and performance metrics
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering best practices and ethical AI usage
- Stay current with emerging AI research and incorporate new techniques into workflows
- Document prompt architectures and create reusable templates for common use cases
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP/AI development
- Proficiency with Python and frameworks like LangChain or Hugging Face
- Demonstrable portfolio of prompt engineering projects with measurable results
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM capabilities
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies for prompt optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in AI/ML or prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI, Coursera) a plus
