Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-scale AI applications
- Develop comprehensive prompt libraries and documentation for diverse industry use cases
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations using quantitative metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems
- Research emerging LLM capabilities and translate findings into actionable prompt strategies
- Create training materials and best practices for internal prompt engineering teams
- Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP-focused development roles
- Proven expertise with GPT-4, Claude, or comparable LLM frameworks
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
- Experience developing prompt solutions for complex business domains
- Proficiency in Python and prompt engineering frameworks like LangChain or Guidance
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects
