Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompt architectures for large language models
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production systems

- Document prompt engineering best practices and create reusable prompt libraries
- Stay current with emerging AI techniques and contribute to R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers on prompt optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with major LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
