Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and organization of raw data from various sources.
- Support the creation of standard reports and dashboards to track business performance.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with the data team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Update and maintain databases using Excel and other basic tools.
- Document data processes and findings for team reference.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior professional experience in data analysis required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of data concepts is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
