Responsibilities
- Design, test, and iterate advanced prompt architectures for large language models
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and performance metrics
- Collaborate with ML engineers to align prompt strategies with model capabilities
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize output quality
- Document prompt engineering best practices and create training materials
- Monitor emerging AI trends and integrate new techniques into workflows
- Present prompt solutions to stakeholders and technical leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP model interaction
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems
- Expertise with transformer architectures (GPT, BERT, etc.)
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) is a plus
